"For $65 a night, you get a decently clean room with a door that locks. Booked two rooms for 6 people and had no issues. The hotel is definitely a bit run down and there signs of wear in the rooms, such as stained walls, water stains on the ceiling, and bathroom doors that screech when pulled open. But if you temper your expectations to a 2-star hotel, you get what you pay for. This isn’t the Ritz, but it’s a secure room and a clean bed. "

"This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."
