"Comfortable bed. Lots of towels! Extra shelf space. AC did not work well. It was only 70 outside and it had a hard time cooling the room. Loads of hot water. Friendly and cheerful front desk for check in. We only gave it a 4 because of the AC issue, otherwise it was definitely a 5 star! "

"We were here for less than 24 hours so hard to say but the staff was exceptionally friendly and it was very clean and very convenient for a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Thumbs up!"

"tried to arrange early check in. told maybe, and could cost $20. no big deal. got to property early (1pm) for spa day. no early check in. in fact, room not ready until 5:30pm. tried to check in at 4pm, provided ID and credit card (completed the process) and was told I'd get a text when room was ready. got the text. went to front desk. got hassled. refused to provide my credit card again. manager intervened. room key provided."

"The outdoor surroundings were very lovely. The pool and the hot tub very clean with nice pool furniture and a bar which was closed. I found the room to be below average as the furniture was totally beat up and I asked to change the room and it was the same in the second room. They need to update the room furniture desperately"

"Hotel was great loved the restaurant and bar area. Pool was fun and happening with the DJ playing. Drinks were yummy. Loved the location of the hotel and the valet was awesome. Would definitely recommend."

"Very noisy, we were on the bottom level and all those pocket doors to bathroom with people opening and shutting them above us and on the side of us were extremely noisy, not enough insulation, You could hear everybody. Grills didn’t seem to work correctly. Having enough towels was an issue, not enough in room."

"This place was very nice, great location. My only issue was the bed was a little to hard for me. I had a hard time sleeping. I was disappointed with the breakfast, no hot food just cereal and yogurt, muffins some bread and fruit. I was hoping for some eggs and bacon. But McDonald's was across the street."
