This is a beautiful resort! Very nice and clean. Our mattress was high in the center and lower on the sides and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We informed the staff and they responded appropriately. Staff in other areas seemed not as friendly or helpful.

Stayed in their “Cliffs” property. SAVE YOUR MONEY! It was obviously a renovated old hotel, and nothing about it was worthy of the “5-star resort” prices we paid. No valet when we needed our car, poor air conditioning, no closets in room and very few drawers. At least 6 flights of outdoor stairs to get down to the “real resort” -lobby, spa, bar and restaurant. Beautiful view of Sedona that you could get from ANY other property on the main rd. for MUCH CHEAPER prices. Save your money for restaurants or other experiences; rent at a different property or Airbnb.

Beautiful guest room. Great bedding. Wonderful tub for two. The cocktails in the bar were excellent. Food good. It was kind of drizzly in Sedona but that made the view even better. The property is absolutely stunning to get up and watch the sunrise was spectacular with the beautiful rock formations.
