"The hotel room was perfect for us and located on the first floor, close to the gym and bar, and pool area. The staff at check in was very friendly and accommodated my service animal. Maybe I missed the parking fee that was required -- if you are not an elite member there was a fee. It was $25 per night to park on premises.
The only negative regarding my stay occurred outside of the hotel room. It was in the outdoor courtyard. The service area for the dogs was located in the courtyard and guests were not considerate in keeping the grass area clean, although bags were present. Also after 11p, when I took my dog out, the lights were not on so it was very dark. When I used my phone to light our path, there were massive cockroaches congregating outdoors. Ewww. I am grateful they were not inside the hotel.
Even with that, I would definitely stay at this location again."
