“Very disappointed in our overall trip. The bathroom in the room was dirty. The slides were being run by minimal staff members making the wait times very long. We waited an hour to ride the diamondback drop. Very disappointing when it is fall break and you know people will be taking trips. “This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!”
