“pleasant, good food idyllic setting”

“Very disappointed in our overall trip. The bathroom in the room was dirty. The slides were being run by minimal staff members making the wait times very long. We waited an hour to ride the diamondback drop. Very disappointing when it is fall break and you know people will be taking trips. Plus we have a child with special needs that loves the water but waiting in a loud, crowded line is triggering, especially for a child with special needs. Many cars parked in the loading/unloading zone ALL...

“Clean room”

“The property itself and the room were perfect. Although is was a time share trap when you check in. Other than that A+”

“This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!”

“Room came equipped with useful utensils; pots and dishes of the sort. Great experience overall.”

“Hotel was conveniently located to the shops at Fountain Hills. Busy street. Room had a slightly musty smell but was clean. Breakfast was offered (coffee, pastries), but was not extensive. Overall, excellent value for the price paid.”

“All Good”

“Unfortunately, the air condition unit vibrated very loud and it was difficult to stay asleep. After showing video to the front desk, they were very surprised and said they would send maintenance while I was out. That never happened.”
