4/5 - Good
Nice quiet and visual satisfying place.

Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view ...

Check in is the easiest I’ve have ever experienced. Room was ready right away and everything was perfect.

Absolutely delightful experience. I love the separate villas, especially the 2-story condo... what more could you ask for? The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, hospitable, etc. They are undergoing some construction upgrades/expansions but we literally did not hear a thing... quiet, serene, beautiful ...

Food is amazing but boring
I’m not a huge fan of shopping - I preferred that the hotel offered entertainment rather than having to hunt for it
Great food
We didn’t stay long to enjoy. We drove out to Apache Trail and rode it out to the Roosevelt dam great ride! Disappointed tortilla flats is closed on mondays and tuesdays. Kind of killed our whole lunch plan. Didn’t see that in my research
They should keeping the Crave Shop open later, since it sells items that guest could’ve potentially forgotten..
