"Average stay. Breakfast was good, shower floor should be cleaner, and towels were thin for this level property. The front staff were fine, but not overly friendly. During our 3 weeks traveling, most other hotels had really friendly staff that interacted with us every time we came and went. Overall, not bad. The construction around the hotel necessitated all cars be valet parked. I was not aware of this when I booked. We didn't enjoy this, but understood the need. The valets did a good job. We would rather drive and park our car ourselves. "

"This is a sold middle of the road/price range hotel. You get what you pay for which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The room was spacious and quiet but the furnishings and decor were outdated. The bathroom could use an upgrade as well. That being said, the staff was friendly, the pool area (next to a busy road) was clean. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the lobby was nicely appointed."

"The food was good. We stayed four nights. Had their breakfast buffet daily. The main course was the same every day except they swapped out oatmeal with cream of wheat/grits. Wish there had been more of a variety. Out of milk for two of the days. "

"This hotel hasn't refunded my incidentals charge- I have a receipt saying it has been refunded form the morning I checked out. I've called the hotel try twice and emailed the manager. The first time I called, the person that answered the phone said they knew about the issue and they were working on it and it would be refunded within a few days. Not the case. If I wouldn't have happened to check my statment, this would have gone unnoticed. Check your card statement people!! Expedia if you read this, please contact me directly. You should not have these crooks on your travel site "

"Photos not accurate, had broken hair dryer, went to front desk for replacement and they said they “didn’t have extras” and “not all rooms have them”. Was disappointed in this stay."
