We were then given another room further away after the pool area. Made sure to shake everything and checked everything. No roaches there. So idk 3 out of 5. "

"Parking was easy, hotel was nice but service was slow. Felt bad they only had one person working the front desk and she was busy doing a bunch of things. Got to the hotel at the 2:30 and decided to hang out by the pool so we were going to have them hold our bags. The bag check guy saw us standing there with our bags and didn’t say anything, ignored us and left to go drop off someone at the airport. The front desk worked had to get keys to help us. Went to the bar to get ice and stood there for 5 mins and was ignored by the 2 workers. Tv in room didn’t work. Pool had garbage on the bottom. "
