Every person we ran into was beyond nice and helpful. The supper they have there was perfect for a quick bite after a long flight. The breakfast was great. The room was super clean and spacious. I loved every thing about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Phoenix.

We stayed for two nights and it was a great stay. Breakfast was great; wish there was bacon though. The queen beds were very bouncy. Great for pillow fights, bad for sleeping with someone else on the same bed if you’re a light sleeper. Felt like I was sleeping in a bounce house.

The stay was peaceful and, overall, I had a good experience. As areas for improvement, I noticed that the hallway carpets had some stains and the room had a few scratches and minor signs of wear. Other than that, everything was very good, quiet, and comfortable.

After being in the airport all day due to a delayed then cancelled flight, a nice cold room with a comfy bed was just what we needed. Even if it was only for a few hours. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a nice bonus.

Loved the free food/drinks! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and very nice. The pool was very nice too. And that elevator was the fastest I’ve ever been on!
