The Sential has long term tenants. It has an apartment vibe And not a hotel vibe. The carpet in the bedroom had lots of stains should be replaced or at least cleaned.The employees were very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to the restaurants, old town and the mall. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

My stay at Sentral Old Town was great overall. The location is super convenient right across from the mall, shops, and plenty of things to do, which made everything easily accessible. Check-in was pretty straightforward. When you arrive, make sure to grab your key fob from the Keycafe located to the right of the front desk. There’s also a parking garage attached to the building just scan the QR code when you pick up your key fob. The unit itself was clean, very quiet, and had some really nice amenities like the sky lounge and pools, which made the stay even better. My only complaint is that several of the white towels had stains, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was great and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Took a flyer on the stay at the apartment complex instead of hotel. Was nervous bc pictures are usually deceiving. It was perfect. Everyone at the complex from check in to neighbors that live there were all just nice and congenial. Within walking distance to great restaurants. And they have a nice hangout area in the 5th floor for a bit of scenic spots pleasure and there’s fire pits that we were able to light. I don’t normally write reviews but for the price I will definitely be back next month on my work trip

Very clean, modern and virtually touchless. Key fob gets you into room, elevator, pool area and all other amenities except parking. Parking was singular challenge-- requires app that is not intuitive but once acciunt is created, it was relatively easy. Minimalist kitchen A-OK for couple. REALLY close to Fashion Center, a huge variety of restaurants, and Old Scottsdale.
