Lobby staff is very helpful and professional.
The room was very dated, but comfortable. Furniture seemed very old.
Guests upstairs from us were smoking skunk weed and it was very strong, smelly, and made it's way into our villa.

Went for ASU graduation. Very good seating. Music before ceremony was very, very loud. Has nothing to do with the facility, though.

Arrive very early because the streets will be closed with detours before the event, and parking lots are confusing.
