"Warm and friendly staff. Clean rooms with high ceilings, comfy beds, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash and all streaming services on the tv. Helpful bar staff. Convenient and on time shuttle. Ease of booking shuttle with excellent communication and competent drivers. Recommend and will choose again."

"Pool was nice. Room was ok. Balcony was dirty and bird poop everywhere. Not useable for us. Breakfast was delicious. The waitress we had on Saturday morning was not nice and she rushed us. She came over and said “the dining room is closed.” I didn’t know if she was kicking us out so I asked for a container to take the fruit I was still eating. She said no to go boxes since it was a buffet. So I sat there and ate the fruit but service had stopped and I felt like I was being glared at. I would have happily moved to the bar area to finish if that would have helped. It left me feeling my presence was a nuisance. Truthfully it was so bad, I would not recommend the resort. The resort is expensive and I only used the pool for an afternoon. Having breakfast on site instead of driving somewhere was supposed to be a perk. It didn’t feel that way. "

"We loved our stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and breakfast was delicious! I love that the lobby has lawn games and a foosball table, and that you need a room key to access the elevators. Parking is an extra expense, but it’s cheap and worth it to park in the garage."

"The floor we were on was getting completely painted. Drop clothes and plastic all over. Quite a few roaming homeless and other sketchy individuals in the area also."
