Great location if you’re going to desert diamond arena. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, shops and the venue. The hotel itself is a little loud but overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly.

Nice, easy place to stay. The floor in the bathroom had a ton of water damage and there was a piece of chewed gum stuck to a lamp next to the bed that cleaning obviously missed (easy miss tho) but other than that its location and hotel itself were great for what we needed. They also credited back the parking fee because of the gum was incident so that was nice.

Was only there for one night. Went to see a football game. Bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Room was WAY smaller than what I expected but very modern and clean .shower was excellent. Their gym was perfect. Very nice equipment. Didn't use any of the other amenities. Was a little overpriced in my opinion but not sure if it's because it's so close to Phoenix or because there was a football game that night ,and it's within walking distance to Westgate and the stadium.. was my most expensive hotel stay for my trip to Arizona, but I do believe most of that was for the location,Not so much for what the hotel had to offer. Not sure if I was staying for multiple nights if I would choose the hotel again but for an overnight with the convenience of it all it was worth it
