Property was located in a sketchy neighborhood. Needs exterior lighting along the sidewalk from the parking area to the hotel entrance. Needs lighting at elevator entrance for all floors. Rooms are like an efficiency dorm, needs brighter lighting in bathrooms, chest of drawers for clothing, etc.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North
Overall the hotel was nice, parking was really convenient, most of the staff was really attentive and friendly. The front desk individual was really confusing, but everything got situated. They had a complimentary drink event going on which was really fun!

The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT.... The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off.
