We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House in Scottsdale! Located in a quiet area. The breakfast buffet was probably the second best we've ever had! What would make it even better would be fresher waffles but really good selection overall! We stayed in the one bedroom and it was the perfect space for me and my husband for an extended weekend. The selection of TV channels was good, options for everyone. No login for Netflix or Disney+ but maybe that will be available after a future property update. You can walk right over to Starbucks from the parking lot which was an added bonus. Parking was $10 with added taxes/fees - not horrible. There is covered parking if you turn right once you enter the parking lot. Next time we're in town, we may decide to stay here again!

Clean, simple, easy check-in, nice to have a breakfast bar option. They charge for parking which is kind of insane in this area as it’s an area full of strip malls, not downtown. They said it’s because they don’t own the parking lot. It was $10 overnight but more just the concept.
