"Room was dirty it had a smellto a bad smell restroom will not clean properly fridge I had in room it was leaking so much also I have found so many cockroaches in a room as soon as I got inside the room and had the bed bugs managers we're not respectfully I had told a manager the next morning I bought the cockroaches they seem it was not issue with it seem like he didn't care they had roaches inside the room and top of that I payed online they said wen I got to office to check in that I had pay 20 more bucks "

"parking was not secured we walked out to someone checking out or truck walking around it. Also it is not a hotel it is apartments and as we were walking to our apartment they don’t use key cards "

"Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Pool was nice , location good HOWEVER the first room we were given on ground floor near main office , we were greeted by 2 cockroaches upon entry. We were then given another room further away after the pool area. Made sure to shake everything and checked everything. No roaches there. So idk 3 out of 5. "

"I checked to my room and it was in very poor shape (the couch cushions were torn and the couch itself was very heavily stained). My son was supposed to sleep on the couch and it was so bad I was ready to leave. They did put us in another room, which was better but still had some staining on the couch and just overall was tired (scratches all over the wood accents, TV sound was not working, old lighting by the beds that didn’t go on right away). I thought this was a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed by how much lower the standards were for the Hyatt Place. I do want to say that the staff was great. They listened to my situation about the first room and addressed it right away. The maintenance and cleaning crews were working away all day and were always pleasant. So if you are looking for a place to stay in the Tempe area, I think you could find a better place in the same price point. 4 out of 10 stars. "
