"I loved everything about this hotel except the beds and pillows. I wasn’t able to sleep well at all. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and the free snacks were a nice touch. A TV in the bedroom would also be nice. After a long day, sometimes you’d rather watch tv in bed instead of the living room. "

"The term resort should be removed from the name of the hotel. Every area needs repair and updates. The pool was murky and a shade of green. Many of the pool/lounge chairs were coming apart. As we were leaving, there was a needle and syringe in the parking spot next to us."

"I was changed to 3 different rooms, the first one had a dirty room bed was not kept clean, bathroom and floors dirty, changed to second room the one it had holes on the covers (burns), changed to 3rd room stain bed covers, pillows, bathroom and curtains un flush toilet, when I went back to front desk desk the attendant told me in an unpleasant tone to deal with it, I requested to speak to ma manager attendant replied I don’t have to call anyone, I tried to collect my thunks to leave but the key didn’t open, asked the front fest to change the key they replied that they were off to get back in the morning, I couldn’t check out to get my deposit and slept in the car. "

"We were upgraded to a studio room for free which was the only positive part of the stay. The bathroom had a dirty rag and hair in the shower. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we arrived. The glass on the table was also not secured to the frame in any way and was easy to bump and almost knock off. The bedroom had dead roaches under the head of the bed and no easily accessible plugs near the bed. There was only one table in the opposite corner, no nightstands. The sheets are washed in a scented soap, so it was irritating to my sensitive skin and made my husband and I very itchy. Staff were friendly and check in and out were pretty seamless but thankful that we were only there for one night. "
