"Honestly not a fan of how they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. $50 for Walt check in is absolutely crazy, especially when your check in time is 4pm, an on average most places do check in at 3pm. "

"In Mesa, AZ, l Modern, Large quiet atmosphere clean rooms. Enjoyed It the water pressure in the shower Just wish there were more towels in the room, but im sure I could have asked for more. THE BEDS OMG were nice and firm, I love a firm bed 🛌 😌 I slept like a newborn! I really enjoyed my stay for the price! No breakfast only bad part"

"Booked last minute through a third-party based on decent reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was extremely dark with minimal lighting, which felt unsafe upon arrival. The room was 83° with a non-working AC despite being set to 64°—completely unacceptable for Arizona. The front door was also warped and didn’t fully seal. Staff came to replace the thermostat batteries, but that didn’t fix the issue. They manually turned on the wall unit, but it shut off again within minutes. Trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. The front desk didn’t answer the room phone, and I had to call from my cell to get through. They offered to move me to another room but refused a refund, and there was no maintenance available that night. While documenting everything, I found mold on the door frame and ceiling near the bathroom, along with a visibly dirty chair. During checkout, the situation worsened when the receptionist became rude, raised her voice, and used profanity. Overall, this property is not as advertised and feels more like a low-grade motel than a resort. I would not stay here again."

"Room was dirty it had a smellto a bad smell restroom will not clean properly fridge I had in room it was leaking so much also I have found so many cockroaches in a room as soon as I got inside the room and had the bed bugs managers we're not respectfully I had told a manager the next morning I bought the cockroaches they seem it was not issue with it seem like he didn't care they had roaches inside the room and top of that I payed online they said wen I got to office to check in that I had pay 20 more bucks "
