Room was nice and clean and comfortable but elevator looks like it missed their renovation! The paint was peeling all over it which made it scary to ride in and gave a roach motel vibe. Breakfast was good with sausage, egg and waffles and all the other goodies but trash cans were overflowing which speaks of bad management. Also only 2 carts for luggage for such a large hotel not acceptable.Jacuzzi nice.

Room was clean, housekeeping cleaned the room every other day, breakfast was good. Only issue that we had was with the TV. TV didn’t work in the room and had to move yo another room. The TV in the other room was not working either, staff tried to fix it and asked us if we wanted to move to another room. We declined. After a day, the TV work!

Our stay was quick, but our experience was very positive. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Free parking and breakfast was a huge seller for me. Side note, breakfast ends at 9. We headed down around 8:45 and the main breakfast options were already gone. Go early for breakfast.

I enjoyed staying. I do wish they had more ice machines working as they only had one on the seventh floor. And a second elevator working would have been great too. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items.
