"Pretty much the best part of our room was that the door locked and we had hot water. The ice machine didn’t work because it was outside, we had a nice brown stain on our window curtain, another yellowish stain on one of the pillowcases, the tile between the carpet and the sink was cracked and could’ve easily cut one of our feet, the chair in the corner was very dirty, a lot of the items in the bathroom were not secured to the wall. The shower head and bathtub nozzle were extremely loose, the towel holder was loose, and another bar in the bathroom was loose although I wasn’t sure what that one would be used for. The breakfast bar had grapefruits as well. Normally I’d have one but one of them was moldy on our first day so I decided to just not have any the rest of the time we were there. I did take pictures and videos of everything except for the fruit. However, I will say that the woman who helped check us in was very pleasant. She had red hair and tattoos."

"Everything about the stay was good until our AC stopped working. We did notify the front desk and they sent maintenance up to our room immediately. They could not repair it while we were staying there, so we were moved to a different room in the same hallway. The staff is great. Breakfast was also fresh every morning."

"I was booked incorrectly for the wrong date.. Hotels.com system erroneously booked me for a week later than when I selected.. Both Hotels.com and the hotel refused to give my money back... Never book with either service.. They are so money hungry they will charge you even if the error has nothing to do with you... Both are totally money hungry... Period.."
