“We weren’t aware that there were two separate addresses for this reservation. When we arrived, we found a notice on the lobby door directing us to another property to pick up our keys. It would have been helpful to receive this information in advance so we could have planned accordingly and avoided any confusion. That said, the receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and greeted us warmly. Everything went smoothly after that, and we would definitely recommend this place to others. ”
