"The staffs were helpful, when i told them the room smells cigarette, they moved us to another room really quick. We were so tired and wanted to rest so moving us that fast and easy was a big thumbs up for us. Great job and I knew it is supposed to be non-smoking but it really smells smoke and the move to another room confirmed someone smoked in that room. Thank you so much. God bless"

"We had a lovely stay here, but a special mention has to go to Marion, who greeted us when we checked in. They were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, helpful and attentive, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and the local area, including where to eat. The location was also great, with everything we needed within easy walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient. The room was comfortable, the hotel was welcoming, and Marion’s warm and helpful service really made a great first impression. They are a real credit to the hotel! We would definitely stay here again."

"The Yavapai Lodge was in a great location close to the south rim. The staff was great and friendly and there are several food options on site. The General Store next door was a plus too. The rooms were average but clean and decent sized."

"What a cool place to stay! Great amenities, great look and comfortable. A chic but retro hotel that offers fun for the whole family. We stayed for 1 night but definitely will come back with our kids next time were in Flagstaff!"
