"We enjoyed our stay! The bed at first glance seemed too hard, but we actually slept so good! it was really comfortable. We did not eat breakfast there, so can't rate that. The shuttle from the airport was fast and easy to arrange. Would definitely stay there again"

"Overall we had a good experience with our stay. One critique with room cleaning, was that the beds were not overturned every day unless we asked. Also, there was not much variety for breakfast. We had a hick-up when we tried to schedule facials and massages. I called to reserve two facials and two massages, the young lady on the phone for some reason assumed I was reserving one facial and one massage. When we showed up for our facials, we were told that only one had been reserved, and there was only one facial specialist on hand. So we had to cancel that. Also, they had to call in another masseuse. We did get our massages and we were very happy with them."

"The room had roaches. Hotel staff promised to move me then gave away the room. They sprayed the room with insecticide that caused an asthma attack. Check for roaches. Ask to see the room you are to be asigned to. "
