“Hello, Jessica at the front desk was extremely, extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Besides our interaction with her, our stay was less than desirable. I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. “We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the dance competition we were attending. The breakfast was great. It wasn't too expensive and had both sweet and savory options. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was also very clean. Parking was easy and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again.”

“Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably...

“Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate”

“We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends”

“This place was very dirty and unsanitary. I could smell weed when walking through the hallways and through the vent in my room. The couch was very dirty. There was a big stain on the cushion. There was an awful smell when I walked into the room. It was not comfortable to be in.”

“As always, this place was a perfect weekend retreat. I band for 4th of July weekend, also my birthday weekend, and I was able to spend the whole time on the property. Everything from drinks to food to activities is all right here in this shaded, beautiful oasis. The staff is AMAZING and the drinks at LYLO Swim Club are really good. I love the boutique vibe and clean rooms with MCM design. It's been my favorite place to stay for awhile now.”
