“Didn’t receive information on checking in after sending repeat request for a PIN number for the room. Only got in room with help from cleaning lady. Odd there is no staff onsite for assistance. Very poor WiFi, tv couldn’t connect or get a signal. Room only had one night lamp, still had bugs on floor, pet potty area needed maintenance, no grass only dirt. Needed more towels. Room was very spacious.”

“When the check in staff mentions that your room is on the first floor overlooking the parking lot so you can keep an eye on your car, you’ve got to wonder, why do I need to watch my car? The property ground are in bad shape: not well maintained, over grown, trash strewn about. The room I stayed in was basic and in need of updating but was very clean. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was nice.”
