“Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food. The Included Breakfast was pretty typical for Italian hotels, the serving staff also makes the omelettes. So no coffee or service if someone orders bacon and eggs. Also the food...

“What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Each are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and hand painted ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely with modern provisions, but also elegantly...
