"We stayed in the presidential suite and it was massive and beautiful! It even had a balcony. The bed was super comfortable too. The hotel itself was so unique and I loved having the view of the cathedral right next door. The breakfast that was included was delicious. So was the room service. The only “negatives” was that room service stopped at 9:00 pm, the menu was sort of small, and the hotel concierge left at 9:00 pm. "Carmen and Alicia are excellent hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and gave great dining and site seeing recommendations. All their rooms have private baths which are extremely clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the full breakfast was outstanding! We had eggs, cheese and ham, juice, homemade cake and coffee. "There was no front desk to help me with issues everything had to be done online I had to pull over twice while driving and even then there were problems Room was fine and access to the beach was terrific, just didn't like it that there was nobody on site to help me with problems and that you're on your own to find parking"
