Déception

Arrivés sur place , nous avons été correctement accueilli et pris en charge jusqu'à l'hébergement ( personnel très sympathique ), mais nous avons rencontré un problème de clim dans l'hébergement qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout , ( hébergement qui mériterait d'être rénové ) . Après passage d'un technicien , confirmation de panne de clim , la réception (très réactive ) nous a changé d'hébergement , mais là aussi dans le 2eme hébergement , la clim fonctionnait mais moyennement et l'état des filtres laisse à désirer !!! . Dans la salle de bain , la pomme de douche ( très ancienne ) fuyait dès la mise en route , la porte du compartiment freezer du réfrigérateur cassée et posée sur le plan de travail de la cuisine ( je l'ai signalé lors de notre départ . nous avons été déçus de la qualité et prestations de ces hébergements , en revanche , rien à dire sur le personnel qui est vraiment très sympathique .

Trois premiers jours d’enfers notre appartement était au milieu d’appartements loués à une colonie d’ados ingérables . Après le changement obligé d’appartement les quatre derniers jours ont été plus calme. Trop forte concentration d’appartements dans cette résidence mal isolée phoniquement

Excelentes instalaciones decepcionante apartamento

Las instalaciones por fuera son excelentes a la vista. Jardines muy bien cuidados, 3 piscinas que también se ven cuidadas...........pero el apartamento donde hemos estado deja mucho que desear. Muchas humedades. Un aparato de aire acondicionado fuera de las habitaciones, que si hubiera hecho calor no hubiera servido para nada. En una de las habitaciones, que tenía dos camas, faltaba una mesita de noche y tuvimos que poner una silla. El calentador de agua estaba dentro de un armario con una instalación penosa. Las puertas de los dormitorios chirríaban cada vez que las abrías o cerrabas y rallaban el suelo. Nos dijeron que sábanas y toallas las cambiaban al cuarto día de estar allí. No había accesorios en la cocina de limpieza y tuvimos que comprar un kit con un estropajo, un trapo y lavavajillas para poder fregar los platillos que usamos. El suelo no lo limpiaron ni una sola vez. El primer día hicimos café y se nos derramó. Como no había trapo de limpieza, tuvimos que coger el trapo secamanos para poder limpiarlo. Y ese trapo, sucio, estuvo toda la estancia que estuvimos, 5 días, al lado del microondas porque no se les ocurrió quitarlo, aunque pedimos en recepción que por favor lo cambiaran. Pero para mi lo peor de todo fue, por un lado que había hormigas en el salón. Nos quejamos y nos dieron un bote de spray antihormigas. Y por otro, es que en el baño no había perchas para las toallas ni repisas ni estantes ni nada. aunque había espacio. Tampoco hay ascensor. No repetiremos

La literie est très vétuste et inconfortable. Fuite chasse d'eau. Cumulus en panne et pas d'eau chaude sous la douche. 35 marches pour accéder au logement !! Pas possible lors de la réservation de demander un rez-de-chaussée !!!

Excellent séjour on se sent comme à la maison super petit déjeuner et vraiment abordable piscine et la plage à 5 minutes le marché du samedi matin est super on peut se garé partout gratuitement mais il faut absolument éviter le restaurant empuria brasa attrape touristes et intoxication alimentaire bref je voulais prévenir pour en revenir à cet hôtel je recommande et je reviendrai

Apparthôtel qui a besoin de rénovation

L'appartement n'était pas dans son meilleur état et a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. Petits soucis de pression d'eau du cumulus qui a sifflé deux nuits et impossible de dormir. Réparation faite après réclamation. Beaucoup de monde à la piscine, on a donc préféré la plage qui est très proche. La station est sympa notamment si on veut sortir le soir avec beaucoup de bar branchés et de restaurants jolis et avec du bon choix. Le marché est à éviter sauf si vous aimez a jeter des contrefaçons de Chine qui sont vendues sans être inquiétés...très curieux.

Bastante bien.

Magnificamente ubicado. A un paso de la playa y con piscinas perfectamente mantenidas, así como el césped. En el mantenimiento del apartamento, se contempla hacer las camas diariamente y retirar las bolsas de basura (cocina y baño). Era tal la prisa que parecía tener la señora de la limpieza que optamos por que se llevara las bolsas de basura solamente. Tampoco nos importaba mucho hacer nuestras camas. El mobiliario está un poco anticuado. Los asientos de paja de las sillas de madera estaban bastante deteriorados. Pero en conjunto no está mal. Y sobre todo la zona es estupenda, tranquila y agradable.

Agréable très bien situé le personnel tres sympathique et a l écoute le seul bémol et la table sur le balcon don j ai signalé dessuite a notre arrivé qui avec un petit soucis mais bon c'est pas grave cela vous oblige a être bien réveillé
