"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. "Good location and great swimming pools, perfect for families. Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the cleaning (toilet) not perfect when we arrived. The rest of the days were ok. Great access to the beach."
