"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "The most fantastic stay under the worst of circumstances. The hotel is in a brilliant location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is beautiful and the whole thing just works. I have to pay a special compliment to the manager of the hotel, please forgive me as I do not recall your name. The manager went above and beyond given my circumstance, supplying me with much needed food, countless coffees and a shoulder to cry on. I will be returning in better times, but for now - Thank You!"
