โEverything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didnโt know where we were! He even gave us the hours and directions of where to get the tire fixed the next day. He truly went abover and beyond for us.

โWe thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry.
