Very nice hotel and breakfast was amazing on the 4 days we were there. Only thing I don’t like is too many children in pool area when we were there, it will be nice to restrict certain time that is 18+. Pool temperature is very warm so if you are a lane swimmer, you will not like it.

This was easily one of the best properties we have stay at. The care comes from every member of the team in the highest regard. From all the places we stayed in Europe, this will always hold a special spot in our heart. We hope to come back soon and recommend this to all for an elevated, wellness retreat.

Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here, with a friendly front desk and perfect comfort. The hotel was very clean, and the pleasant scent of wood in the room made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!

The service is impeccable, and breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant were also exceptional. The common areas feels a bit dated, but overall, would go back for sure.

For a 5 stars luxury hotel, I expect that it will be by more generous. There is no free mini bar in the room except two bottles of water.. Thr free afternoon buffet snack bar offer little food except a few pieces of sushi.

Hotel hui, Essen naja

Insgesamt jedoch weiterzuempfehlen.
