Out of the way hotel
Somewhat remote location. Only stay if you have a car. Taxis are nonexistent and expensive. Hotel does NOT have a restaurant and you’ll have a 45 min walk down non lit paths and roads. Pool is nice and staff is friendly

Dearest Guests, we have never wrote on our description that we have restaurant. Upon request or advanced reservation upon availability we might serve something. Our beloved hotel is a stay with service of breakfast prepared every morning with fresh ingredients and lots of love. About transportation there are 3 times a day a bus that goes to Follonica and to Castiglione della Pescaia. If you might reach somewhere far away we suggest you to rent a car also in the nearest Follonica or Grosseto. Or to book a driver service who drives you everywhere you wish. Punta Ala is a remote location, for a peaceful place where to be, relax mind, and untouchable awarness of where you deserve to be. We are looking forward to Welcome you, have a nice time...

Decisamente da migliorare pulizia e colazione (nn da 4stelle). Mare raggiungibile a piedi a 20 minuti di cammino (suggerirei di inserire una navetta). Gli ospiti sono obbligati a prendere l’auto o farsi una camminata sotto il sole. Ottima la piscina e la palestra e l’accoglienza delle persone in reception.

Ringraziamo per il Suo soggiorno, per la colazione abbiamo un'ampia scelta di prodotti fatti in casa, dolce e salata, oltre alla preparazioni al piatto. Il mare, quindi la baia di Punta Ala sono 10-12 minuti a piedi in zona ombreggiata, dipende dal proprio passo; e Gli ospiti non sono obbligati a prendere la macchina, ognuno è libero di scegliere.Le auguriamo una piacevole estate

Posto bellissimo e struttura molto ben tenuta, unico piccolissimo neo, la colazione un po’ scarsa. La qualità delle cose offerte è molto alta, ma le quantità davvero minime per un hotel di questo livello.

Ringraziamo per il Suo soggiorno di due soli notti. Abbiamo un continuo refil per poter proporre prodotti di alta qualità freschi in ogni momento. Certo è che va in base allo spazio dedicato alla colazione e se scendete in 25 ospiti tutti insieme è difficile anche passare per sostituire i piatti. Comunque ringraziamo per la Sua esperienza e speriamo di accoglierLa nuovamente in Punta Ala…

Zuviel Geld für zu wenig Zimmer, null Privatsphäre
Beim Check In gab es leider Probleme, da unsere Buchung nicht gefunden wurde. Da es sich um unsere Gratisnacht handelte und man die Zahlung sehen wollte, kamen wir auch nicht weiter. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass der Mitarbeiter am Check in so gut wie kein Englisch konnte, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Immerhin haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen und der Mitarbeiter wollte das Problem klären. Wir bekamen dann ein wirklich kleines Zimmer mit noch kleinerem Bad, aber großem Balkon ohne jegliche Privatsphäre, da keine Abtrennung zu den nächsten Balkonen existiert. Das Zimmer war den Preis nicht wert. Es wurde mit Tee- und Kaffeemaschine geworben, für 2 Gäste nur eine Tüte Espresso bereitgestellt. Das geht bei 4 Sternen echt nicht. Was allerdings gut war, die Gadgets im kleinen Bad wie Rasierset, Hygieneset, Zahnbürsten etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und wurde nicht schnell genug nachgefüllt (wenn nur 9 Scheiben Salami bereitgelegt werden, sind diese schnell weg, so dass man irgendwie ein Gefühl bekam, nicht gerade willkommen zu sein). Dann wurden wir bei jedem Gang zum Buffet nach der Zimmernummer gefragt. Bei gerade mal 3 besetzten Tischen gehe ich doch davon aus, dass man sich die paar Gesichter merken kann. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht hier, sonst hätte ich mich über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr geärgert.
3 Balkone auf einem Blick!
Kleines Zimmer ohne viel Platz -wirkt hier durch Weitwinkel größer als es ist!
Keine Ablage und gerade so Platz zum drehen!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s in a wonderful quiet but convenient location, and the service is fantastic. Francesca who manages the hotel is brilliant and so helpful. We would definitely like to return.

Situé dans une zone tres calme, l'établissement est extremement propre, rafiné et le personnel est attentionné, réactif, accueillant et très serviable. Tout l'équipement necessaire est a disposition : vélos, piscine, transats, petit déjeuner, peignoirs, produits de toilettes etc etc..

Tutto fantastico, il posto è molto bello a circa 1200 m della spiaggia, la colazione è ottima, camere grandi e molto pulite, ma la cosa eccezionale è stato la totale disponibilità del personale ad risolvere ogni nostra richiesta; grazie ancora e torneremo.

La struttura è molto accogliente, ben situata, e il personale è stato estremamente cortese e sollecito. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno, per quanto breve, e mi sento di raccomandare questo hotel per chiunque si trovi a dover soggiornare a Punta Ala.

Hotel situato nel verde e immerso nel silenzio. Camere molto confortevoli (unico neo il bagno un po' piccolo ). Piscina molto bella.

Great hotel with nice rooms. Staff is nice, but could be more informative regarding facilities nearby. Hard to find local store without instructions. Great pool area.

Modern concept hotel
Spent two nights at this lovely, modern design hotel. The pool area is especially nice and the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, bikes are available to borrow for the day. Pics and details of our stay are available at my instagram account alexandra.garcia66.
