Tragic

Nice appearance of the hotel, but just outside! Inside it was stinky and musty. The breakfast was a joke: no fresh bakerwares, ham, or cheese! Only packed sweet cookies that you can buy in any shop. The cat which was chasing a mousing in the garden came and went into the kitchen!-Disgusting!!! Never go there!!!

Fantastisk pasta!

Vi havde bestilt halvpension (morgenmad + aftensmad) 7 nætter for 85,5 € pr. døgn. Hotellet har intet menukort og man bliver hver dag spurgt, hvad man ønsker at spise. Pastaen er frisk lavet fra bunden hver dag og smager fantastisk! Personalet er super serviceminded, imødekommende og venlige. Ved indgangen til hotellet er der påklistret 3 michellinguides "diplomer", hvilket hotellet virkelig lever op til. Vi havde indtryk af at mange "lokale" benyttede hotellet og kun få turister, mødte vi under vores ophold. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette hotel.

Очень приятная почти домашняя атмосфера, которую создают не только природа, прекрасный климат, уютные номера, но и персонал: добро жевательные и очень приветливые люди. На мой взгляд отель подойдёт для отдыха романтическим парам и любителям спокойного отдыха людям старшего возраста.

Uma agradável surpresa!

O único problema que tenho a relatar é uma luz acessa, durante a noite, perto da janela do quarto que estava hospedado. Preço muto Bom. Atendimento muito bom.

Pessimi!!! Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare, hanno dato la nostra camera ad altri ed in modo scortese ci hanno detto che con noi avrebbero guadagnato meno costringendoci ad annullare il soggiorno. Sconsiglio

war überbucht!

Kann das Hotel nicht bewerten, da es überbucht war und wir nach 5 Std. Anfahrt ein anderes Hotel anfahren mussten. Uns wurde versichert, dass wir upgraded wurden. Dem war leider nicht so. Das andere Hotel Albergo La Spia d'Italia in Solferino hatte wohl auch 3 Sterne, war aber grotten schlecht. Die Dusche war kaputt und wurde nicht repariert, kein WC Papier nachgefüllt, das Frühstück miserabel, nicht einmal genug Brot für alle war da, erst nach Langem wurden halbe Hamburgerbrötchen (siehe Foto) gebracht, obwohl eine ganze Gruppe im Hotel ware, welche nicht einmal alle gefrühstückt hatten und auch hunger hatten, der Empfangsbereich schien mehr ein Familientreffpunkt zu sein, der TV lief auf Hochtouren, an der Bar schlechter Service, nicht einmal die Preise konnte man uns sagen, WLAN nur im Empfangsbereich, Minibar war nur ein Kühlschrank, Restaurant kalt eingerichtet. Das Personal widmete sich lieber der Familie als dem Gast, das Fräulein vom Frühstück sehr schnippisch und unfreundlich, entweder waren sie im Restaurant oder im Empfang, völlig überlastet. Nie wieder. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, zumal wir ein andere Hotel gebucht hatten und von einem Wechsel mehr erwartet hatten. Absolut inakzeptabel!

Kann ich nicht bewerten, da mir vor ort mitgeteilt

Nach 5 Stunden anfahrt wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt das das Hotel überbucht sei, aber wir in ein besseres mit mehr Sternen umgebucht wurden. Oke schauten wir und das ganze mal an...wir kamen in ein versifftes stinkendes Zimmer das nichts anbot was wir gebucht hatten. Nach langem Dusskutieren bekamen wir doch noch ein angenehmes Hotel.

Not good attiud

Dear sir or madam . I set in the la grota hotel from 24 of august to 31 of august 1st reserve was for 3 nights in amount of 141 euros i found it was very hard to check in when i arrived at 23:40 because no one was there . After 3 nights passed in peace I resereved for 2 nights with 91 euros again and was good passed in peace But there was minimum probelm which was solved because they charge me 91eurs in the receiption for 2 nights in the morning when i renewed and then in the night they charge me again from my other credit card which registered on expedia web site for reservation when i reviewed them they said me come next morning at the morning they give me back the amount in cash Then i renewed again one night and was good no probelms The last night for me in lagrotta hotel which was from 30 to 31 of august when ihave renewed my reservation with them via expedia and i paid the total fees via paypal then what actully happened they remove us from la grota hotel they open my room as i was not there remove my lagage and things from the rom call me to come i found my lagage out of the room and then send us to another hotel that name was albergo spa de italy in solfarino because they receive a big toursist group in lagrotta the hotel where we was sent no ac condition working in all rooms at the end i check out in the next morning i checked out then after i go they charged me an amount of euros i came back to hotel after many trails in telephone to reach them

in lagrotta hotel which was from 30 to 31 of august when ihave renewed my reservation with them via expedia and i paid the total fees via paypal then what actully happened they remove us from la grota hotel they open my room as i was not there remove my lagage and things from the rom call me to come i found my lagage out of the room and then send us to another hotel that name was albergo spa de italy in solfarino because they receive a big toursist group in lagrotta the hotel where we was sent no ac condition working in all rooms at the end i check out in the next morning i checked out then after i go they charged me an amount of euros i came back to hotel after many trails in telephone to reach them i asked them why charged they said last night no payment i said i fully paid via paypal they said we have no paypal at the end they give me the last receipt for the last night and now ipaid 2 times . As expedia website i need from you to give me back the amount i paid via paypal because they took it from my credit card and i feel really not good for the last night i want you to soolve that probelm actuully if they do not have paypal why it was in options if they do not have reservation for the last night whey it was opened in your website And it was unpolite from them to remove our laguage outside the room

Personale gentile ma struttura inadeguata

Nel complesso l'albergo non sarebbe male, il personale tra l'altro è sempre stato gentile e disponibile ma il problema grosso sono le camere. Piccole, strette, vecchie, poco luminose e purtroppo decisamente carenti in pulizia (e intendo quella vera, non quella di facciata). Se siete alla ricerca di un posto "dormi e fuggi" anche per più giorni può andare, ma se pensate ad un lungo soggiorno e/o ad una permanenza di più tempo all'interno dell' hotel, allora mi sento di sconsigliarlo.

Hotel sans plus qui ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles.

Accueil très froid sans aucune explication. La chambre mérite plus qu'un rafraîchissement Le temps s'est arrêté dans la chambre que nous avons obtenu occupée. Le pire c'est l'odeur de chien qui était omniprésente. Heureusement que nous avons passé qu'une nuit. Le seul côté positif c'est le calme de l'hôtel.

Ottima per soggiorno breve

Dovevamo passare due giorni sul lago di GArda, prenotato per una sola notte, camera ottima per i servizi, manca solo la cassaforte e il climatizzatore che fa le bizze, per il resto ottimo come pulizia. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

OK hotel, good restaurant, but need update...

Felt not super welcome by moody reception due to booking that was not processed correctly. Was made up by friendly guys from bar and restaurant. Had super tasty schnitzels in the restaurant! Room was clean but bit outdated, slatted bed frame was fully broken in two places and was awefully squeaking. Shower was impossible to stand up straight if you are above 1.25m....
