"This hotel was everything we were looking for. Let’s start with an amazing location for visiting moraine and lake Louise. Absolutely perfect. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service which is on time and very convenient. Room was well appointed and had everything we need. One small gripe was that there was an annoying tapping sound from the pipes I think but after long days we got over it. Well equipped kitchen and restaurants did take outs which suited us. Overall an exceptional stay with super helpful staff. Highly recommend "

"Beautiful place in the heart of the downtown area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and was so nice and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. "

"Peaks is in a great location. Right in the center of downtown. You can walk to bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful. "

"We loved that this was walkable to town and came with a bus pass to hit top attractions, like the gondola! Great staff, very nice room and amenities! We’d love to visit again! "

"A quick 10 min drive to Banff’s main drag. Good location close to shuttle stops. The lodge was not sparkling clean with so-so bedding but the pull out mattresses were pretty comfortable. Minimal kitchen tools were just like everything else in the lodge, old. Staff were friendly and service was super fast. Garbage and beds were tended to daily. "
