โHidden gem in the side of Toscana, lovely staff and amazing food! 10/10 when it comes to that, however, the thing that draws in down from 5/5 stars from me is that there was no AC in the room, which is a must in July when the temperature is 35-39 degreesโ
โWe truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. โ

Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the hostโs warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable.
