Contattato telefonicamente il giorno prima, il titolare si era mostrato molto gentile. Arrivati in struttura però ha iniziato a contestare il fatto che fossimo in 4( come correttamente prenotato) ma avessimo scelto una tripla. Gli ho spiegato che la camera tripla non è stata scelta da me ma direttamente proposta da hotels.com. Il suo scopo era farci pagare un supplemento per la quarta persona, sebbene nella prenotazione era esplicitato che la sistemazione era in tripla e prevedeva 4 colazioni. Poiché non si riusciva a trovare una soluzione, ho contattato l’assistenza dì Hotels.com che mi ha confermato che io avevo già pagato tutto e non dovevo dare più nulla all’host. Molto contrariato ha detto che ne avrebbe discusso con Hotels.com e non ci ha fatto pagare nulla in più. È stata una situazione spiacevole perché mi sono sentita come accusata di voler truffare la struttura. Sconsiglio fortemente di andarci in quanto ho trovato porte danneggiate, il piatto della doccia chiuso da pezzi di plastica per evitare che strabordi l’acqua e la tanto millantata piscina è in gomma. In più è dispersa nelle campagne di Castrovillari.

un pausa di viaggio

ci siamo fermati una notte per spezzare il lungo viaggio toscana sicilia, camera pulitissima e titolare (Teresa) molto disponibile, colazione servita (!!!) che è un valore aggiunto, ma il bagno senza bidet, l assenza di impianto di condizionamento e i dintorni fanno perdere punti alla struttura... comunque un valido punto di appoggio durante un viaggio lungo... se si arriva abbastanza presto offre anche una piscina, di quelle fuori terra.
