"This hotel has a great view and is in a great location. It is a 4 star hotel. Not 5. There are 3 buildings. Youre not told which building youre in until you queue for check in at building 1. Then you get a golf cart to your building. The check in is chaotic. No queues. Just a free for all of everyone running to the nearest available space. The receptionist was sick. He couldnt speak loud enough and kept asking me to come closer but was visibly sick. I now have a sore throat 3 days later. As well...

"First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. The water pressure for the hot water didnt seem to exist at times and you had to run it for a while to make it work. "

"Bugalows are in a lovely area close to bars and resturants and tours. Rooms are very dated, the tv did not work, power outages, ants in room and sewage smell around the pool. Pool was lovely, clean and refreshing. Breakfast is very basic, but having said all this, it was cheap. Don't think we would choose this property again"
