“Everything was great!!”

“Nos gustó que nos dieron early check in, eso fue un plus. Pero el hotel tiene varias oportunidades de mejora en las habitaciones, habría que renovarla, la comida no es muy variada aunque sabe bien. Le falta cariño en infraestructura que son cosas básicas. Lo positivo es que el staff es muy amable, la playa esta muy bien y la piscina y el parque de agua”

“The place was okay. Check-in was at 3 pm, but I didn’t know if my room was ready until 4:30 pm. I had to ask the front desk multiple times, and they didn’t even know what to say. The hotel is nothing fancy; I was in the preferred side, but I didn’t like that preferred rooms are too far from everything you need to go to. The food was not the best, but the Hibachi was great. “It is an amazing property to have a relax and lovely stay at a beautiful beach. Fantastic amenities, incredible restaurants with a top quality dishes and a staff that will make you feel the most important person in the world. The entertainment crew was amazing everyday, with lots of recreation activities for all ages and at the end of each day a show to make you laugh and the a dancing experience until late night… this is just amazing”
