Wer eine Unterkunft mitten im Leben sucht ist hier richtig. Nah genug am touristischen Zentrum und weit genug weg davon um sizilianisches Leben zu erkunden. In der Gastronomie in der Umgebung findest Du fast nur Einheimische. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Suchst Du gutes und sauberes Basic, hier bist Du richtig.

Awful experience
It was one of the worst experience. The place was so dreadful, rooms are really bad, no on suite facilities, A/C was not working and the lady did not know when the person will turn up to sort it out, the surroundings looked very unsafe, we were requested to pay the money in cash (no facility for the card service) and even another customer was waiting to take our room if we don't stay. We did not stay there because it was not a hotel at all (may be a hostel for the backpackers).

A notre arrivée grande surprise sur la localisation de ce fameux hotel qui s’avère être un B&B , localisation mauvaises quartier insalubres et mal desservie. Lors de notre accueil nous avons eut obligation de payer en espèces sans nous avertir avant sous menace de ne pas avoir notre logement… Salle de bain privative en dehors de la chambre avec minuteur sur la lumière qui s’éteint toutes les minutes…ancien lit très inconfortable,chambre située dans un grenier,aucune intimité, ÉNORMÉMENT de bruit des chambres voisines, aucun rideau au fenêtre ce qui fait qu’on est réveillé par la lumière. Seul bon point la clim… Je ne recommande SURTOUT PAS !!!

Horrible en todos los aspectos intentaron estafarnos y cobrarnos dobles querían cobrarnos las tasas más altas de lo que realmente eran. La calle llena de basura, parecia un vertedero. El baño se inundaba al ducharte… No lo recomiendo en absoluto!! La peor experiencia alojandome en ningun sitio sin duda!!

So disgusting place ! The neighborhood is so creepy, i went there with my mom, we left right away ! The people inside of the building is smoking all the time, the keys doesn’t work well ! So horrendous

Avoid this property.Do not stay here.
It was the most disgusting property we have ever stayed in.Extremely ignorant ,rude,angry man working there.demanded we paid cash,which we discovered is illegal in Italy.Filthy dirty property and room& bathroom disgusting,dirty.When the Taxi dropped us at the front door,we could not believe it.The area is so rough,scary,filthy dirty.we were actually afraid.Saw some very strange,wierd people in property.We honestly wondered were we after booking a place for down& outs.Awful clientell.If you have any respect or decency,Do not stay here.It actually should be closed down.Also,shame on Hotels.com,for having this place on their site.

We drived 4 hours so we arrive in time for our check in. When we arrived at the property the host asked us for cash only. We asked them kindly to take money from our account, but they recused and said CASH ONLY. They didn't even let us in the room so we could leave our bags, so we had to go to the ATM. It is not close to the hotel. Not far from the hotel we were abused by 2 men who tried to steal my bag, fortunately for us a police car was passing by, so we had to go to the station. The hotel charged our card for money and didn't even want to listen to us that we are at the police station because they wanted cash. So, we slept at the police station. We were charged the money but we couldn't get in the property because it was too late. The staff was yelling at me, calling me stupid b*tch and said me to shut up the mouth.

Très bien
Le gérant est très gentil et serviable. La chambre très mignonne (chambre pour 4 avec salle de bain privative). L'état extérieur de l’hôtel est moyen, comme tous les immeubles à CATANE, mais quand on arrive dans la chambre, c'est un ravissement. On entend les personnes des autres chambres arrivées, mais cela n'est pas trop dérangeant. La situation géographique est proche du centre historique (10mn à pied). La plage un peu excentrée par contre.

Das B&B ist einfach, dezent und unscheinbar. Um die Ecke befinden sich viele verschiedene Imbisse, die leckeren Streetfood-Leckerbissen anbieten. Das Zentrum ist ungefähr 500 Meter vom B&B entfernt. Vom Flughafen Fontanarossa kann man das B&B mit dem Shuttle Bus (4€) und Bus 431 erreichen. Shuttle Bus bis Stazione Centrale und von da auf Bus 431 umsteigen (selbem Ticket) und bis Via Plebiscito weiterfahren (2 Haltestelle) dann ein paar 100 Meter zu Fuss laufen. Ein Frühstück gibt es nicht (unüblich für ein B&B oder?). (Info an die Frauen) Die WC-Schüssel verfügt über keine WC-Brille! 3 Tücher sind pro Person vorhanden. Wenn man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist und was Einfaches sucht/braucht, dann ist dieses anspruchsarme B&B ideal.

Après avoir trouvé "l'Hôtel", nous avons été très très désagréablement surpris. La réservation était bien arrivée, mais pas le fait que nous ayons déjà payé depuis la Suisse même avec la confirmation écrite, que nous avons présenté au "gérant". Nous avons du repayer la chambre. Mais le quartier est vraiment pourri, sale, pas rassurant du tout.

Struttura situata in una zona non particolarmente tranquilla. Nella stanza non era presente una persiana, una tapparella o almeno una tenda oscurante, il risultato è che già alle primissime ore del mattino la stanza era illuminata a giorno. La pulizia della stanza non era delle migliori.

posizione del tutto negativa, credo che sia uno dei quartieri più brutti di Catania. siamo arrivati in tarda serata ed eravamo quasi spaventati da molte cose, prima dal quartiere poi dalla gente in giro ed in fine dalla struttura che è del tutto fatiscente(come le altre abitazioni che la circondano). la mattina, al risveglio, ci siamo subito resi conto che nello stesso palazzo abitavano famiglie intere all'interno delle stanze vicino alla nostra...orla e litigi in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Siamo 3 ragazzi della provincia di Caserta e per 2 notti non ci siamo mai sentiti a nostro agio, avevamo paura per la macchina lasciata fuori incostudita e soprattutto per le nostre cose lasciate in camera. Sconsigliamo vivamente questo posto... Catania è uno spettacolo ed un peccato viverla in questo modo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.
