Wonderful apartment in Catania, walking distance to the centre. Very clean and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great communication and coordinated a driver (additional cost) from the airport who we used again to take us back.

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Pretty new and modern. Easy access to city. Staff is friendly. Flat looking to back of apartment thats why it is quite. Road side is loud because of traffic.

Beware! Photos shown are not what you get. We booked expecting a place as advertised and revived a shoe box. Apartment was very small and when we came in, we were told to open the soft for the other two beds. Toilet didn’t flush adequately hence it made our stay worse. No room in the place to move around or open luggage. Location ok however you won’t know what room you get…..!

Very confortable flat

Had a 3 day visit in Sicily: one day in Catania, second day visited Taormina and 3rd visited Syracuse. The Ferrini home appartment is a small, modest and confortable. For families with up to 2 children is a very good choice.

Very Nice stay

It was overall an amazing experience. We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it's in the city centre, not very good to find parking though. The apartment was very clean and new, the sofa bed felt like a new bed, and all utilities were provided. A clear explanation was given by the agency and we had an additional paper giving us all the information. Wifi is very good, and a bottle of Nero d'Avola was offered as well as water and tea. We had a terrace which was very spacious. I would just highlight that in the apartment given to us we did not have a full mirror, just a huge halved one in the bathroom.

Had to wait for agent despite constant communication with office about our arrival. Given incorrect code for entry. AC not explained. Sheets stank of perfume and soap -had to rinse and dry sheets ourselves to be able to use. Noisy neighbours you can hear their TV until 12:30 am and at 8:00 am the banging and scraping sounds of upstairs renovations begin. Asked for 1 hour late check-out. Impossible.

En okej lägenhet. Bra läge, enkel att hitta. Bra kommunikation från uthyraren. Det var stora kackerlackor på toaletten och städningen hade kunnat vara aningen bättre. Balkongen gick inte att nyttja då AC”n stod där. Bra förvaring och ett okej utrustat kök. Trevligt med en flaska vin som välkomstpresent.

Appartement très bien situé dans Catane dans en haut de l’avenue principale mais un peu à l’écart de l’agitation nocturne. Arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble et offre de trattoria très sympa pour le dîner. L’appartement est très sympa, parfait pour 2 avec ce qu’il faut en équipement pour se faire à manger si besoin. La remise des clefs est effectuée par une personne physique pas une boîte à code ce qui est plutôt rare malheureusement. Nous recommandons ce spot idéal comme base pour naviguer entre Syracuse et Taormina

La struttura si trova in una zona molto centrale di Catania. Si raggiunge il centro in 5 minuti e il mare in circa 15 a piedi. La casa é accessoriata molto bene e i gestori sono molto disponibili.
