Jeder vom Personal war freundlich und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht ob Morgens oder Abends! Immer hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und umfangreich! Von Sekt bis Selters mehrere Kaffeespezialitäten, Säfte usw! Immer frische Brötchen 5 Sorten, mehrere Brotsorten und Toast sowie ein paar Sorten Croissants sowie mehrere Kuchen! “Totally lovely hotel it was! Bike rental for free! Thanks to that, we could travel around beautiful lake. Very clean, neat and kind. Spa in the hotel was also for free, even 4 bottles of water in the mini bar were for free. Breakfast was also good(i've had over 10 hotel's breakfast during this travel in Italy, here was the best!) I wanted to stay here one more night, sadly rooms were full. If you want to stay near by lake garda, i would recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. We would stay again ”
