โWell maintained and managed, but the location on the main strip was not great being that there was a lot of emergency vehicle sirens throughout the night. Good parking and breakfast hall. Carpet needed cleaning. โ
โBeautiful room with super comfy beds. Quiet. Only issue was it was a handicapped room, yet the toilet was super low and had NO grab bar for elderly mother to pull up on. I scooted a small storage cube from under the sink area and managed to squeeze it in by the toilet and shower stall. It worked. But I would surely expect a handicap room to have a comfort height toilet with nearby grab bars. We also had a lovely light breakfast of yogurt, fruit and Starbucks. Very luxurious stay.โ

โNew hotel with nicely appointed amenities and furnishings. Small complaints; this is the 2nd new Marriott property we've stayed at with no bathroom exhaust fanss or night lights. Also, daily maid service only supplied 1 caffeinatd coffee to a suite with 2 beds and two people.โ
โNice and quiet B&B. Sue was very helpful and nice! The breakfast was light and perfect! The location was central for all things Biltmore without Biltmore prices! Loved our stay!โ
โThis hotel was booked as part of a last minute travel change. We chose it due to location and the look of the hotel. We absolutely loved the whole vibe, the staff and the valet. The hotel decor is beautiful and cozy. We were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Asheville in the future. โ
