"The room and bathroom and kitchen were all very clean. We had problems with the shower and ironing board which we reported. The breakfast area tables were disgusting. We ate there twice and decided not to a third time. There’s also not enough room to walk between the tables to leave. The air conditioning was wonderful and accurate. Overall we would stay there again even though the price is a little high."

"I travel frequently for work and pleasure and this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The rooms were spotless. And I am not easily impressed, especially on cleanliness. And it even smelled clean. Not some deodorizer scents to cover up smells. It just smelled like its kept clean. It was also quiet. It was pretty full based on the number of guests in the public areas and parking lot but I heard very little outside or inside noise. The only complaint I had was that 1 elevator was out of order and the only remaining elevator was flakey (would skip floors or not open the doors) and it was also used by the staff so at busy times it was difficult to get an elevator (with space). I did subtract one maintenance star for that in my review. Judging by the excellent upkeep on the rest of the property, I suspect this problem will be corrected quickly. A+ job to the management and staff from someone not easily impressed."

"Great stay, highly recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. It is incredible to see what they’ve done with the place—turning a formerly rundown building into a beautiful, fresh, and modern hotel. Every aspect of the experience was spot on: The Room & Dining: The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant on-site was fantastic. Service: The entire staff went above and beyond. The valet team was incredibly helpful, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely chatty in the best way possible. Pet-Friendly: A huge bonus for us was how accommodating and welcoming they were with dogs. It’s a top-tier hotel with a great atmosphere and stellar service. We will definitely be back!"

"This was my first time staying at this location and I wanna give it a four out of five stars. When I initially arrived, it was really easy to find parking. Check in was smooth and they did in fact have those yummy cookies they talked about at other reviews. Got to my room and it was pretty standard. Not in a bad way, but it's what I expected. You could tell the building is a bit outdated, but nothing too crazy. Like, it's good, but just occasionally some of the wallpaper was peeling, or the chairs weren't in the best condition.But again, it was good.It wasn't something that affected my stay. They have a patrol officer at the entrance as well of the property which made me feel more comfortable and safe knowing that there was someone out there in the parking lot. It was super close to all the stuff around the area like downtown asheville, and the biltmore estate. It was close to gas stations as well that were lit well, so overall, a really good area to stay at if you are going with family or solo trip."
