The restaurant was good, the buffet breakfast had many good choices, and the regular menu must also very good. The service was fair at best, I actually had a waitress, instead of apologizing in saying she was sorry, tell me I had ordered chips with my sandwich, which I never ever would do.
Room 170 was actually OK, except for I paid to get a room with a balcony and I got a room with a porch where people walk 3 feet away from us often. That was very disappointing, I paid for it and never used it.
We had to return to the desk three times to have the key card reprogrammed because it failed. Thatโs a walk down the hall await for an elevator across the skywalk to the front desk and a return tripโฆ Three times. Youโre the Crowne Plaza, fix the problem.
The amenities seemed great, but nobody explained anything to us when we checked in. I saw the golf, I saw a zip lines, but nobody told me anything about any of them. Were they free? Do I have to pay? How do I do it? Nothing.
The room is nice, dated, the chair and ottoman were stained.
