"Staff were great and helped us with early check-in as well. The overall property condition was good except the fact the there were no lifts/they were non-operational. Breakfast needs some work too as the options were very limited specially for people who don’t eat pork."

"The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!! When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service". This is definitely NOT a 4* hotel. It is more like a 1* hotel. This hotel does NOT come with the concierge, the facilities, decor, or top notch service that all 4* hotels offer. This hotel offers absolutely nothing. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. The rating for this hotel definitely needs to be reclassified. Regarding the room. We asked for 2 room queues, but was told we could only have one and if one of us needed to access our room we had to get reception to let us in. The sockets in the room was loose. The kettle needed to be unplugged to stop it over boiling. There are some good points to this hotel, and that is it's location. It is on a quirky road in the centre of all the hustle and bustle."
