The best location: walking distance to all major attractions and super convenient to explore Old Quarter area. The staff were very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Happy to come back to smiling faces with their warm welcome. The room was clean with the basic amenities, all in all I’d say it is reasonable for the location.

This is a lovely little hotel with very personal service. Love the neighbourhood. Breakfast was basic but got us going in the morning. Hotel arranges foe transportation to the airport and moved our luggage by dolly as there is no car traffic on the street.

The staff was very nice. Received early check in for a sm fee amy with a upgrade in rm given with no extra fee. Breakfast was great and locatuon. Spa opened up later in the afternoon with only one employee, a downer. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right within the Old Quarter within easy reach of plenty of spots to eat/drink. The people within the hotel are helpful and easy to deal with. Breakfast is a couple of minutes walk away, and has a good selection that should be suitable for most. Hotel is a little tired and could do with some TLC. Rooms are on the smaller size. Good overall experience.
