Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.

Great! We spent over two weeks in this new hotel and we are really happy with our stay. Hotel is new and perfectly maintained, services are very good, rooftop pool and bar are small but nice and staff has been very nice with us. Position is great too, very close to old town and famous train road. Good limo service to airport available too.

Very good hotel in convenient location in Hà Nội Old Quarter. Excellent room, well appointed with very comfortable bed. The pool was extremely refreshing on hot days! Only small gripe - no gluten free bread available at breakfast; not good for a celiac traveler! Nonetheless, will stay here again

Slightly further out from the main pub street/Hoan Kian area, but very close to train street and walking distance to everywhere you’d want in Hanoi. Very clean hotel, lovely rooftop pool and bar, and really excellent service from Kathy who arranged our taxi to Ninh Binh/an all round friendly face. Thank you for a great final night in Hanoi!

Good to come again

Nice hotel in walking distance to famous train street. But the pool is also small, good for refreshing not swimming (but sure, kids love it).
