旧市街にあるため、買い物や食事には不自由しません。レストランの朝食もメニューが凝っているうえに美味しく、連泊しても飽きませんでした。 日本語は通じませんが、翻訳アプリを活用してくれたり、英語でやりとりができます。日本人でも感心するホスピタリティがあり、スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーでとても明るく気遣い上手で、安心して宿泊できました。 ただし、車送迎を使う場合は、ナイトマーケットの期間中に限り、ホテル前の道路が封鎖される場合があるので、そこだけは注意が必要です。 普段は仕事の利便上、別のホテルを利用していますが、また宿泊したいと思わせてくれた、心あたたまるホテルです。

お部屋も綺麗でシャワーの水圧も問題なく、エアコンもしっかり効いて快適でした。 ホテルのスタッフの方もみなさんとても親切でおすすめのお店を教えてくださったり、早朝のチェックアウトを伝えたところ送迎の手配に加えお弁当までご用意いただいて感激しました。 街歩きにちょっと疲れたらホテルに戻って一休みできる立地もよかったです。 ありがとうございました！！！

Wonderful experience

Days started with sumptuous breakfast. Hotel location is perfect, sorrounded by local shops, cafe and bars. Hotel staff were 100% amazing and accomodating.

We have had such a lovely time staying here, the staff has been extremely friendly and hospitable. Our rooms have been perfect and we’ve felt comfortable the entire time. The breakfast buffet gives you plenty of options to choose and the food tastes great!

Best staff ever

We don’t generally stay at expensive places like this so I have a hard time comparing how good the place is for the price. But I can say it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s trustworthy and nice… but I can Garuntee you you won’t find better hotel staff. Hang Pham was the nicest and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had an I travel everywhere. She had so many great suggestions. She made our trip better.

Great Boutique Hotel in old town Hanoi

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff! The hotel is well located for walking around the old city. Many shops and restaurants. You can walk to the lake and the Japanese bridge easily. Hang Phan was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable! I highly recommend this boutique hotel!
