"This is a resort with beautiful facilities & grounds. Dining options including breakfast were excellent. The inside dining room & outside were exactly what you would expect of a top of the line Swiss resort. Driving to anywhere along Lago Maggiore is just beautiful with stunning mountain vistas that take your breath away. Bellanzona with its 3 castles, Coripo is for the VERY adventurous but worth every minute of a trip. All these are a short drive from the resort."

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"
