Dona Adélia é um Hotel diferente, localizado no meio de uma região vinícola, no distrito de Otávio Rocha. Administrado por distintas gerações de uma mesma família no decorrer de décadas, modernizou-se sem perder a essência de um Rio Grande que já não é tão fácil de ser encontrado. Quartos com ar, calefação, água quentinha proveniente de um eficiente aquecimento central. Ideal para famílias, grupos de amigos. Perfeito para se perder nas estradas vicinais da área Italiana da Serra durante todo o dia e ter uma sopa de capeletti quentinha na volta. Vinho da casa cortesia durante todo o dia, inclusive durante as refeições.
