Hotel Swan - Caxias do Sul

The hotel is well located in the center of Caxias, easily walkable to stores and shops. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a desk for working, openable window and good sized bathroom and shower. There is an exercise room, sauna and heated pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I've stayed 4 or 5 times, and will continue to stay there when I visit Caxias.

They made me pay for parking of the vehicle I had rented when it. Kearny indicated when I booked that breakfast and parking was included. But you guys always screw your customers. I am going to start using another service that doesn’t included Expedia. I always check Expedia first, but no more. You can’t say that parking is included I. The premises and they charge me for parking. I would have chosen another hotel - and in the future another service provider. It’s not the first time you guys change the rules half way through the game. Julian

Troquem as camas urgentemente

Quarto grande , porem com camas de molas velhas ocasionando buraco no meio e dificultando o sono . Aquela maxima de viajante com cama boa não se aplica nesse hotel. Cama péssima , já reclamei variassss vezes e nunca providenciaram troca. Banheiro otimo e ducha muito boa.

Razoável, bem localizado.

O hotel tem um café da manhã bem ok. O quarto é espaçoso, mas apresenta já uma necessidade de reforma. o que mais precisa de atenção, a meu ver, é o atendimento ao hóspede. Pessoal da recepção é pouco prestativo, seco, e não reúne as habilidades mínimas para a recepção para hotéis de qualidade. Destaco a localização do hotel,.bem central.
