UNE HONTE. Un cadre complĂštement rococo. :(

Comme je suis passĂ© par Hotels.com le patron m’a dĂ©classĂ© d’une chambre suite Ă  une petite chambre au Rez de jardin, limite placard. Il nous a dit c’est Ă  prendre ou Ă  laisser. Ce type d’action est illĂ©gal !!!. Et tout ça sous le principe que c’est Ă  cause du COVID. Cet individu est en panique de recevoir des clients. Comme il nous a dit « je suis chez moi!! » Du coup il choisit Ă  façon les rĂšgles du commerce. Sachant qu’avant de partir de chez moi,4 heures avant, j’appelais pour lui indiquer notre arrivĂ©e et qu’il ne nous rien dit au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s sans rien loin de chez nous. Il n’avait aucune once de remords et culpabilitĂ©. Pour finir et pour information je passe mes semaines en dĂ©placement Ă  l’hĂŽtel et que c’est la premiĂšre fois que j’ai rencontrĂ© un individu aussi malhonnĂȘte!!!

A éviter impérativement: hÎtel dangereux!

Le propriĂ©taire des lieux nous a refusĂ© l'accĂšs Ă  son hĂŽtel au prĂ©texte que nous n'avions pas de pass sanitaire Ă©tant entendu que nous avionsindiquĂ© ne pas prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner et arriver trĂšs tard (1j du matin environ). En outre, nous ayant refusĂ© la chambre il nous a Ă©galement refusĂ© le remboursement. Le tout avec un manque d'Ă©ducation patent puisque nous n'avons mĂȘme eu droit Ă  un bonjour mais une agression directe sur le lavage des mains. Cet hĂŽtel n'est absolument pas recommandable et doit ĂȘtre Ă©vitĂ© Ă  tout prix indĂ©pendamment du pass sanitaire puisque ces personnes sont malhonnĂȘtes. Merci de retirer cet hĂŽtel de vos propositions ou bien d'indiquer les informations complĂštes relatives au pass sanitaire et au fait que les titulaires de cet hĂŽtel ne sont pas taillĂ©s pour ce mĂ©tier dans la mesure oĂč il leur manque l'essentiel pour pouvoir l'assurer correctement: le sens de l'accueil et de l'autre.

Bon rapport qualité / prix/ prestation

Cet hĂŽtel principalement pour les curistes (nous ne l’étions pas) a un bon rapport qualitĂ©/ prix / prestation pour la region. Le point a amĂ©liorer serait le petit dĂ©jeuner pour lequel il manque des fruits Frais. L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas parfaite et vous risquerez d'ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ© par le bruit de claquement de porte des voisins si vous avez le sommeil lĂ©ger... mais c’est normal car il s’agit d’une vieille bĂątisse. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter du jardin mais qui avait l’air agrĂ©able.

Excellent sĂ©jour, chambre agrĂ©able, sdeb trĂšs Ă©troite, wc sĂ©parĂ© avec grande fenĂȘtre,Les locaux sont trĂšs propres.le tout donnant sur un magnifique jardin.La tĂ©lĂ©vision n est pas bien placĂ©e, impossible de la regarder la fenĂȘtre ouverte et il faut se tordre le cou pour regarder..Les repas sont excellents.service familial. Les propriĂ©taires semblent un peu froid au dĂ©part mais sont pour finir trĂšs sympathiques et Ă  l Ă©coute des clients, Ils se sont occupes de nous lorsque nous sommes tombĂ©s en panne de voiture..on y retournera
