전반적으로 마음에 들지만 워팍시설은 몇년전이나 지금이나 변함이 없고 수리중인것들이 있어 아쉬웠고 유수풀은 물살을 좀더 빠르게하고 튜브를 타고 흐르게 해줫으면 합니다.

전반적으로 괜찮은 편이나 객실내부 구석청소가 잘 안되어 있어 아쉬웠습니다. 워터파크 이용시 타월이 없었는데 대처가 안된것이 별로 였습니다.

전반적으로 좋았구요 파크안에 선물가게나 펀의점 정도는 있었으면 좋겠습니다 괌에 놀러 같은땐 숙소는 오래된 건물이 지만 가거와 잡화 파느곳이 있어서 좋았던 기억이 나네요

아이들 물놀이정도에 만족/ 한국식
우선 한국사람이 무지무지 많답니다 거의 경상북도 경주에 온 것 같은 그런 느낌적인 느낌 조식도 한식이 즐비해 있고, 그런 걸 좋아하시는 분은 좋아하실 거예요 저는 실은 완전 한국식을 좋아하는 편이 아니라서, 호텔 이용 시에는 내부에 홍콩/쓰촨식 식당인 HaiChing 이라는 식당을 갔는데, 서비스는 좋았으나, 음식이 생각보다 맛이 없어서 너무 실망했답니다 (사천식 게탕은 그냥 한입 먹고 다 남기고 옴) 우선 한국식이 편하신 분들은 추천 아이들이랑 물놀이만을 목적으로 하시는 분들은 추천 그렇지 않은 분들은 저는 다른 호텔이나 리조트를 추천할게요 저도 애기들이 있어서 가긴 했는데, 캐리비안 베이에 온 것 같은 느낌을 지울 수가 없어요 슬라이드의 경우에도 아직 아기 키가 120이 안 되서 긴거는 못 탔어요 뽀로로 파크도 있어서 갔는데 한번 정도 가볼 곳이라는 생각입니다 우선 all in all 완전 한국식이라는 거 멋진 vibe가 있거나 뭐 이렇지 않아요 걍 애들 물놀이용 객실에는 타올을 적게 비치해줘요 even hand towel 도 없었음 팁을 계속 놓으면서 요청하니 그제서야 받음 10점 만점에 딱 중간 정도예요 방이 큰 편이라 방에서 식사해드시고 노시는 분들에게는 괜찮을 수 있어요 호텔 자체는 좀 노후된 편입니다 참고하세요

예약시 더블침대를 요청하였으나 킹침대1개있는 방을 줘서 더블침대방을 요청하니 1시간대기하라했고 안그러면 엑스트라베드 하면 어떤지 하기에 한다고 했지만 추가요금이 든다하여 다시 항의를 하니 서비스로 제공하였음 처음부터 예약요청건에 맞게 방배정과 설명을해주거나 서비스를 제공했으면 하는 아쉬운점이 있었음 익스피디아의 예약번호와 호텔측은 예약번호가 상이해서 체크인시 다소 번거로웠음

Good Waterpark for Kids
Nice pool and facilities for Kids. It wasn't easy to get sunbed. There were always towels in sunbed from early in the morning for hours even nobody using.
